VersaLog is a quantum leap forward in data logging technology offering an unparalleled level of versatility for both the PC and PDA user. VersaLog enables the user to log data to a single file from not only analog inputs such as voltage, temperature and pressure; but also from RS232 enabled instruments such as DVMs, temperature controllers & pumps. Additionally, VersaLog can be used to control many different instruments and actuators via their RS232 ports.
The VersaLog software is incredibly simple to operate yet features many sophisticated tools to speed up repetitive tasks such as instrument set up and programming.
VersaLog allows the user to connect to a wide range of sensors & instruments including:
- Eight analogue voltage inputs
- Two 4-20mA inputs
- Four Thermocouple inputs
- (2 J-type & 2 K-type)
- Four Pt100 temperature probes
- Two pH probe inputs
- Two digital (switch) inputs
and what makes VersaLog really exciting...
- Ten fully configurable RS232 interface ports
Connecting to the VersaLog is simplicity itself using either a standard 9 pin sub D RS232 connection or, for increased freedom, via Bluetooth. The VersaLog is supplied with a Class 1 Bluetooth transmitter enabling the user to be in full control up to 100m away.
